Hello there,
So, many have this issue of having FPS difficulties while gaming and I am here to help you increase your in-game FPS.
Note : I strongly recommend doing this with someone who has experience with computers or with a computer technician.
1 - Terminating useless processes.
Your computer is ran by a lot of rescourses but what you need to manage here is the "CPU" (Central Processing Unit) which runs everything you open, your processor doesn't only run what you open but also other "invisible" background applications which are crucial for your computer, so you should terminate only the ones which are not useful to the system while you are gaming, at this point I suggest talking to a computer technician to understand which processes are useful and which are not. To close or to get a list of the actual processes you will need the Task Manager which can be opened by :
1- Right Clicking anywhere in your taskbar and choose Start Task Manager...
2- On top of the Task Manager choose "Processes" at the tabs...
3- Find the useless processes...
4- Click "End Task" to end the selected process and when you are asked "Are you sure about terminating this process?" click "Yes".
And do so for the rest of the unnecessary processes.
2 - Install crashes.asi.
This program is widely used by almost all the GTA:SAMP users for boosting FPS or to be correct unlocking the limit frame rate set for your graphics card to ensure a faster gameplay. All you have to do is to just download the installer by clicking here and then just specify where your GTA Folder is.If the installer finds the game there it will proceed to the next step, if it doesn't, means that you haven't specified the location correctly.
3- Installing Razer Cortex.
This program is not so popular but you need it because it boosts your FPS in game and helps you manage your games eaiser.Just follow the steps specified in the installer as it is really easy to understand and then just open the game via "Razer Cortex".Click me to download "Razer Cortex".
Boosting FPS via Windows:
There are some several ways on how to boost FPS via Windows. This one will help your computer a lot if you are running on low spec. machine:
1- Removing the AERO tweaks. This removes the "beauty" and the animations of your windows to make it look like an old windows but it makes your PC run faster.
1- Select "Computer" click Properties...
2- Click on "Advanced System Settings"...
3- Choose Settings under "Performance"...
4- Then select "Adjust for best performance" click apply and close the application...
2- Defragmenting your hard-drive.
What this does is that it "refreshes" your hard drive to make it run as good as new. (As explained by Windows in the first photo below)
1- Hit the "Start" button and write "Disk Defragmenter"...
2-Open the app and then select the Hard Drive you have your windows installed at,(If you have installed windows in one physical hard-disk but you have separated the hard-disk into 2 partitions then do the same thing for the 2nd one too, if not then you don't need to "touch" your 2nd hard-disk)then analyze it to find any errors.
3-After successfully analyzing the hard-disk defragment it by clicking the "Defragment Disk" button.
That's it for this guide, if you have questions don't hesitate to ask them down below in the "Reply" section or contact me via PM in the forums or in-game.
EDIT : Yay! 100 views seems my guide is doing its job for good!
